Best Zapmail alternatives (2026)
Updated 17 October 2026 · 7 min read
Short answer
The closest Zapmail alternatives are providers that also sell real Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes: ReplyDak ($2.69–$3.50 per mailbox), Primeforge ($4.50), Inboxkit ($3, or $2.50 billed yearly), Premium Inboxes and Cheap Inboxes ($3.50 down to $2.80). If you want the lowest price and accept a non-Google, non-Microsoft sending stack, Mailforge ($3 per slot, shared IPs) and Maildoso ($2.50 down to $0.49, its own SMTP) cost less. Pick by mailbox type first, then price, then features such as API access and pre-warmed mailboxes.
What Zapmail sells, so you can compare like with like
Zapmail sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes set up for cold email: Starter is $39 for 10 mailboxes, Growth $99 for 30 and Pro $299 for 100 (about $3.90, $3.30 and $2.99 per mailbox), with Google and Microsoft at the same price. Plans include monthly deliverability-test credits, Pro includes API access, and pre-warmed mailboxes are available. These prices are from zapmail.ai, checked on 16 October 2026.
Alternatives fall into three groups, and the group matters more than the price because it decides which mail servers your messages leave from:
- Real Google or Microsoft seats. You get actual Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 user accounts on your own domains. Mail leaves from Google or Microsoft servers. ReplyDak, Zapmail, Primeforge, Inboxkit, Premium Inboxes, Cheap Inboxes and ScaledMail sit here.
- The provider's own SMTP infrastructure. Mailboxes run on servers and IP addresses the provider operates. Usually cheaper per mailbox. Mailforge (shared IP pool), Infraforge (dedicated servers and IPs) and Maildoso sit here.
- Microsoft tenant or per-domain bundles. Some providers price Microsoft by tenant or domain, with many mailboxes inside, rather than per mailbox. Inboxkit's Azure tenant and ScaledMail's Microsoft plan work this way.

Each alternative in one paragraph
1. ReplyDak
ReplyDak buys your domains (or connects ones you own), sets every DNS record automatically on Cloudflare (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and verification), creates Google Workspace mailboxes and warms them up from about 2 to 30 emails a day over roughly 21 days, slowing or pausing on bad signals. It is $35 for 10 mailboxes, $87 for 30 and $269 for 100, and bills in USD, EUR or INR (INR with a GST invoice). It does not yet offer Microsoft 365 (there is a waitlist), an API, pre-warmed mailboxes or placement tests, so if you need any of those today, Zapmail or Inboxkit fit better. See ReplyDak vs Zapmail and pricing.
2. Primeforge, Mailforge and Infraforge (Salesforge)
Salesforge runs three separate products. Primeforge sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at $4.50 per slot. Mailforge runs on Salesforge's own infrastructure with a shared IP pool at $3 per slot. Infraforge gives you dedicated servers and IPs at $4 per slot, plus $99 per dedicated IP. All three have a 10-slot minimum and list .com domains at $14 a year. Read ReplyDak vs Mailforge for the detail.
3. Inboxkit
Inboxkit charges the same for Google or Microsoft: $3 per mailbox monthly or $2.50 billed yearly. It also sells an Azure tenant at $30 a month for up to 100 mailboxes, which suits teams that want many Microsoft mailboxes cheaply. See ReplyDak vs Inboxkit.
4. Premium Inboxes
Premium Inboxes is a done-for-you reseller of Google and Microsoft mailboxes. You bring the domains; they set up authentication, upload the accounts to your sequencer and start warmup. Pricing is $3.50 per inbox up to 249, $3.00 up to 1,249 and $2.80 above that.
5. Cheap Inboxes
Cheap Inboxes sells Google Workspace mailboxes with admin access, starting at $3.50 and falling to $2.80 at 1,000+ mailboxes. Its site mentions Microsoft too but gives few Microsoft details, so confirm before you order.
6. ScaledMail
ScaledMail prices Google at $3.50 per mailbox and Microsoft at $50 per domain for 25 mailboxes. Packing 25 mailboxes onto one domain is cheap per mailbox, but it puts many senders' reputation on a single domain, which is the opposite of the usual 2–3 per domain spread. Read how many mailboxes per domain before choosing.
7. Maildoso
Maildoso runs its own SMTP servers and IPs and is the cheapest option here at scale: $2.50 per mailbox at 30, $0.75 at 300 and $0.49 at 1,000. Monthly plans need you to buy or connect domains separately. Because mail does not leave from Google or Microsoft, test placement against your own audience before you commit volume.
How to choose
- 1
Decide on mailbox type
If your buyers use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, many teams prefer to send from the same kind of mailbox. If cost per mailbox matters most, consider own-infrastructure providers and test them.
- 2
Price your real volume
Multiply mailboxes by price, then add domains (usually 1 domain per 2–3 mailboxes). Our cost calculator does this for you.
- 3
List must-have features
API, pre-warmed mailboxes, Microsoft 365, placement tests, INR billing. Rule out anyone missing one.
- 4
Check what you own
Make sure domains are registered in your name or can be transferred out, and that you can export mailbox credentials as CSV.
- 5
Start small
Buy 10 mailboxes, warm them up, and measure replies before scaling.

FAQ
What is the cheapest Zapmail alternative?
Maildoso is cheapest at scale ($0.49 per mailbox at 1,000), but it uses its own SMTP servers, not Google or Microsoft. Among Google Workspace sellers, ReplyDak at $2.69 (100 mailboxes), Inboxkit at $2.50 billed yearly and Premium Inboxes or Cheap Inboxes at $2.80 (very high volume) are the lowest.
Which Zapmail alternative offers Microsoft 365 mailboxes?
Primeforge, Inboxkit, Premium Inboxes and ScaledMail all list Microsoft 365. ReplyDak offers Google Workspace today and has a Microsoft 365 waitlist.
Are own-SMTP mailboxes worse than Google Workspace mailboxes?
Not automatically. They are cheaper, but your mail leaves from the provider's servers and IPs rather than Google's or Microsoft's, so results depend on that provider's reputation management. Run a small test with your own list before moving volume.
Can I move from Zapmail to another provider without losing domains?
Usually yes if the domains are registered in your name: point their DNS to the new provider, set up new mailboxes and warm them up again. Warmup history on the old mailboxes does not carry over.
