30$87$90$75
100$269$300$250

Inboxkit prices are from inboxkit.com/pricing, checked 16 October 2026; Google and Microsoft cost the same there. The annual price needs a 12-month prepayment. ReplyDak bills monthly only, so you can stop after any month. Domains are extra on both; ReplyDak's are $13 (₹1,099) a year.

Inboxkit's Azure tenant product

Besides per-mailbox Google and Microsoft accounts, Inboxkit sells an Azure tenant for $30 a month that holds up to 100 mailboxes, which is $0.30 per mailbox if you fill it. This is a different model from one licensed Microsoft 365 seat per mailbox. If you consider it, read how Microsoft treats unlicensed mailboxes: Microsoft's documentation says a shared mailbox is not intended for direct sign-in and that sign-in for its account should stay blocked. Ask the provider exactly how mailboxes in the tenant are licensed and how your sequencer connects to them.

We are not saying the tenant product breaks any rule; we are pointing to Microsoft's own guidance so you can ask the right questions before you buy.

When Inboxkit is the better pick

  • You can prepay a year. At $2.50 per mailbox, Inboxkit's annual plan is cheaper than ReplyDak at every size.
  • You need Microsoft 365 today. Inboxkit sells it at the Google price.
  • You run very small setups. At 10 mailboxes, Inboxkit's $30 monthly beats ReplyDak's $35.
  • You want many Microsoft mailboxes cheaply and are comfortable with the tenant model after checking how it is licensed.

When ReplyDak is the better pick

  • You want monthly billing at 30+ mailboxes. ReplyDak is $3 cheaper at 30 and $31 cheaper at 100 per month than Inboxkit's monthly price.
  • You want warmup in the same bill. ReplyDak warms every mailbox automatically and slows or pauses if bounces or spam complaints appear.
  • You are an Indian business. Pay in rupees (₹289 to ₹225 per mailbox) with a GST invoice.
  • You want one seat per mailbox on standard Google Workspace accounts.

A quick way to decide

  1. 1

    Pick the mailbox provider

Google only? Both work. Microsoft needed now? Inboxkit. Unsure? Read Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365 for cold email.

  2. 2

    Pick the billing term

Can you commit for 12 months? Inboxkit annual is cheapest. Want to stay flexible? Compare monthly prices above.

  3. 3

    Add warmup and domains

Include the cost of a warmup tool if your provider does not include one, plus one domain per 2–3 mailboxes.

A year at 30 mailboxes

OptionMailboxes for 12 monthsNotes
ReplyDak, monthly$1,044Warmup included; cancel any month
Inboxkit, monthly$1,080Add a warmup tool if you need one
Inboxkit, annual$900Paid up front for 12 months

The annual plan is the cheapest line here, but it locks in your mailbox count for a year. Outbound teams often change volume as campaigns, clients or SDR headcount change, so a monthly plan that costs a little more can still work out cheaper if you scale down mid-year. Domains are extra in every case; budget one per 2–3 mailboxes.

Questions to ask any provider

  • Are domains registered in my name, and can I transfer them out?
  • Can I export every mailbox's login to my sequencer as a CSV?
  • Is each mailbox a licensed Google or Microsoft seat, or something else?
  • Is warmup included, and what does it do if bounces or complaints rise?
  • What happens to my mailboxes and domains if I cancel?
