Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed

Legitimate one-to-one business outreach: sales prospecting, recruiting and partnerships, to business addresses where you have a reasonable interest.

Not allowed

Purchased or scraped consumer lists; phishing, malware or deceptive content; impersonation; illegal goods or services; harassment; sending after someone opts out; hiding who you are. You must follow anti-spam law where your recipients are (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL, India IT Act) and include a working way to opt out.

Limits

Keep each mailbox within the daily sending limit shown in your dashboard. We may slow, pause or replace mailboxes whose bounce, spam or complaint rates exceed safe levels.

Enforcement

We may suspend accounts that breach this policy without refund, and cooperate with providers and authorities. Report abuse to support@replydak.com.
