Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Cancel any time by writing to support@replydak.com from your account email. Service continues to the end of the paid month and is not renewed.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver your order (for example, a domain cannot be registered or mailboxes cannot be created), we refund the undelivered part in full to the original payment method within 7 business days. Mailbox fees for a month already started are not refunded. Domain registration fees are not refundable once the domain is registered, because the registry charges us at that point.
Delivery
This is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Domains and DNS are usually ready within minutes of payment, and mailboxes within an hour. Domain verification can occasionally take up to 24 hours. You can follow progress on your order page.
