Who is responsible

What we collect
Account data: your name and email from Google sign-in. Order data: domains, mailbox names, sender names, billing currency and payment references (card and UPI details are handled by our payment processors and never reach us). Service data: DNS records, mailbox health metrics and warmup message metadata.
Google user data
Sign-in uses Google OpenID Connect with the openid, email and profile scopes only, to identify you. We do not read, store or use your personal Gmail. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why we use it
To provide and bill the service, secure your account, monitor mailbox health and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Processors needed to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (DNS), Namecheap and Hostinger (domain registration, including WHOIS data where required), Google and Microsoft (mailboxes), Razorpay and Paddle (payments). Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Account and order data are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax law requires (8 years in India). Mailbox data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
Security
Mailbox passwords are encrypted at rest; access to production systems is limited to staff who need it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in India, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
