Terms of Service

Who we are
ReplyDak is operated by Surge Software Solutions Private Limited, Block 2, 4th Main Road, BEML Layout, Brookefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of app.replydak.com and the services we provide through it.
The service
We register sending domains on your behalf, configure their DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, forwarding), create mailboxes on Google Workspace (and Microsoft 365 when available), warm them up and monitor their health. Mailboxes are provided as a managed service: we hold the underlying provider accounts and give you the credentials to use them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must be at least 18 and acting for a business.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy (/legal/acceptable-use). We may pause or remove mailboxes that breach it, or that the mail provider flags, without refund.
Fees and billing
Prices are per mailbox per month, shown before you pay, with a plan minimum. Domain registration is charged per domain per year. INR invoices include 18% GST. Services start after payment is received. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy (/legal/refunds).
Domains
Domains we register for you are registered as stated at checkout. On request, and once all fees are paid, we will transfer a domain to your own registrar account.
Availability
We rely on third parties (registrars, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft). We do not guarantee inbox placement, reply rates or uninterrupted service, and are not liable for actions those providers take on mailboxes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or non-payment. After termination, mailboxes are deleted after 30 days; export anything you need before then.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
