Cold email checker
Paste a cold email. Get a spam-risk and reply score with specific fixes in a second, then an AI rewrite if you want one.
What makes a cold email land and get replies
- Short: 50–125 words, plain text, one idea.
- About them: lead with a problem they likely have, not your company.
- One link at most: many links and images look like marketing mail.
- One easy question at the end, and a polite opt-out line.
- Good infrastructure: great copy still lands in spam from an unauthenticated or cold domain. Check your domain or let ReplyDak set up warmed sending domains.
Questions
What does the cold email checker look at?
Length (50–125 words works best), subject line, common spam-trigger phrases, number of links and images, capitals and exclamation marks, personalisation fields, whether the email is about the reader or about you, a clear closing question, and an opt-out line.
Does a good score guarantee the inbox?
No. Copy is one part of deliverability. Inbox placement also depends on authenticated sending domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warmed mailboxes, sending volume and list quality. Check your domain with our free deliverability check.
Where does the AI rewrite run?
On ReplyDak's own AI server. Your email isn't sent to a third-party AI service and isn't stored.
Is an opt-out line really needed in a cold email?
Yes. US CAN-SPAM requires a way to opt out, and UK/EU rules expect an easy way to object. A plain line such as “Not relevant? Reply ‘no’ and I won’t follow up” is enough for most B2B outreach.
