ReplyDak vs Inframail: per-mailbox seats or a flat unlimited plan?
Updated 2 November 2026 · 5 min read
Short answer
Inframail charges a flat monthly fee for unlimited inboxes on its own Microsoft-cloud infrastructure with dedicated US IPs: $147 a month (1 IP, recommended up to 400 mailboxes), $387 (3 IPs) or $797 done-for-you. ReplyDak charges per real Microsoft 365 mailbox: $3.50, $2.90 or $2.69 a month, with domains, DNS and a safe warm-up ramp included. Up to about 50 mailboxes ReplyDak costs less; above that Inframail's flat fee is cheaper, if a shared IP pool you don't control the reputation of suits you.
Two different pricing models
Inframail sells capacity: one flat monthly price, unlimited inboxes, and a dedicated IP address (or three) that all of those inboxes send through. ReplyDak sells seats: each mailbox is its own licensed Microsoft 365 account on your own domain, billed per mailbox per month. The cheaper option depends on how many mailboxes you run.

When Inframail is the better pick
- You run more than about 50 mailboxes and want one predictable bill. At 100 mailboxes, $147 flat beats ReplyDak's $269.
- You want dedicated IPs whose reputation is yours alone rather than a big provider's shared network.
- You want everything done for you, including a sending platform, contacts and AI replies, and can commit for 3 months.
When ReplyDak is the better pick
- You run up to about 50 mailboxes. ReplyDak costs $35 at 10 and $87 at 30, against Inframail's $147 minimum.
- You want standard Microsoft 365 accounts, one licensed seat per mailbox, that you can export and move to any sequencer.
- You want a warm-up that can't get you blocklisted. ReplyDak never exchanges fake warm-up mail between mailboxes, because Validity's Heatwave blocklist lists domains warmed that way and the listings don't expire. See what Heatwave is.
- You are an Indian business. Pay in rupees (₹289 to ₹225 per mailbox) with a GST invoice.
Questions to ask before you buy either
- Is each mailbox a licensed Google or Microsoft seat, or an inbox on the provider's own system?
- If one inbox on a shared IP gets spam complaints, what happens to the others?
- How does warm-up work: real sending that ramps up, or automated exchanges between mailboxes?
- Are my domains checked against Validity Heatwave and the main blocklists, and how often?
- Are the domains registered in my name, and can I transfer them out?
