Email verifier

Check whether an email address is safe to send to: format, mail server, disposable and role addresses, free-mail and typos, in a few seconds.

Clean the list, protect the domain

A cold email domain is only as healthy as the list you send to. Remove invalid addresses before every campaign, think twice about risky ones, and keep bounces under 2%. In the app you can verify a whole CSV and add invalid addresses to your suppression list in one click.

Next: check your sending domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC, or get warmed sending mailboxes from ReplyDak.

Questions

What does the email verifier check?

The address format, whether the domain has a mail server (MX record, or an A record fallback), whether it is a known disposable or temporary inbox, whether it is a role address such as info@ or sales@, whether it is a free mailbox like Gmail rather than a work address, and common domain typos such as gmial.com or company.con.

Does it check that the mailbox itself exists?

Only when our mailbox checker is online. It asks the receiving mail server whether it would accept the address, without sending an email, and tests a random address to spot catch-all domains. When it can't ask, the result says unknown instead of guessing.

What do valid, risky, invalid and unknown mean?

Valid: the mail server confirmed the mailbox. Risky: it may not bounce but is a catch-all domain, role address, disposable inbox or likely typo. Invalid: it will bounce, so remove it. Unknown: the domain receives email but the mailbox couldn't be confirmed.

Why verify a cold email list before sending?

Bounces are one of the strongest negative signals for a sending domain. Mailbox providers watch bounce and complaint rates, and sequencers such as Instantly and Smartlead can pause campaigns when bounces climb. Keeping hard bounces under about 2% protects your domains.

Can I verify a whole CSV list?

Yes, in the ReplyDak app: upload a CSV and download the same file with status, reason and suggestion columns. Invalid addresses can go straight to your suppression list. The free tool checks one address at a time and is rate-limited.

Do you store the address I check?

No. The free tool checks the address and returns the result; the address isn't saved.
