ReplyDak API

Spin up sending domains and Google Workspace mailboxes for every client from your own tools, then pull mailboxes, credentials and health back into your sequencer or CRM. JSON over HTTPS.

Authentication

Create a key under Clients & API in your ReplyDak dashboard and send it as a bearer token. Keys are shown once and can be revoked any time. Limit: 120 requests a minute per workspace.

GET/clients

Your clients with domain and mailbox counts, average health, monthly cost and their white-label status page.

Create a client.

POST/orders

Order sending domains and mailboxes (optionally for a client). Returns the amount and a payment link; setup starts automatically once it's paid.

GET/orders/{id}

Payment status and setup progress per domain (buy, DNS, verification, mailboxes, DKIM, warmup).

GET/domains?client={id}

Domains with status, daily health score and the full health report (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, blocklists).

GET/mailboxes?client={id}&include=credentials

Mailboxes with status, warmup day and today's safe daily limit. Add include=credentials for passwords and SMTP/IMAP settings, to load them into your sequencer.

Errors

Errors return a non-2xx status and {"error":"message"}: 401 bad or revoked key, 404 not found, 400 invalid input, 429 rate limited.

White-label status pages

Every client gets a private status page (domains, mailboxes, warmup progress and health, with no ReplyDak branding or prices) you can share with them. Its link is returned as statusPage.
