Handle cold email replies from many mailboxes in one inbox
Updated 1 November 2026 · 5 min read
Short answer
ReplyDak's shared inbox collects replies from all your mailboxes in one place and sorts them with AI into labels such as interested, question, referral, not interested, out of office, unsubscribe and bounce. For interested, question and referral replies it can suggest an AI reply draft. You can reply from Google mailboxes in the inbox today; replying from Microsoft 365 mailboxes is not available yet.
Once you send from 10, 30 or 100 mailboxes, checking each one by hand stops working. Good replies sit unread, and opt-outs get missed. A shared inbox puts every reply in one list, so you answer the people who matter first.
How replies are sorted
| Label | What it means | What you usually do |
|---|---|---|
| Interested | The prospect wants to talk | Reply fast, offer meeting times |
| Question | They want to know more first | Answer the question |
| Referral | They point you to someone else | Write to the new contact |
| Not interested | A polite no | Stop the sequence |
| Out of office | An automatic away reply | Try again later |
| Unsubscribe | They asked you to stop | Add them to your opt-out list |
| Bounce | The email was not delivered | Remove the address |
Reply sorting is not metered; it is part of the inbox at no extra charge.

When ReplyDak is not the right tool
If most of your mailboxes are Microsoft 365 and you need to reply from them in one inbox today, ReplyDak's inbox will not do that yet. If you already run your campaigns in Instantly or Smartlead and handle replies there, you may not need a second inbox; export your mailboxes and keep your current flow. ReplyDak also does not cover LinkedIn, phone or SMS replies. For a provider comparison, see ReplyDak vs the market leader.
