Microsoft 365 mailboxes for cold email

Microsoft 365 is the default mailbox type in ReplyDak and the cheaper option on every plan. Each mailbox is a real Microsoft 365 user, not shared SMTP, named after a person on your team.

Prices

Domains are $13 a year each. There is no setup fee, billing is monthly and you can cancel any time. INR prices exclude 18% GST and come with a GST invoice. Compared with the market leader's list prices, that is $35 vs $39 for 10, $87 vs $99 for 30 and $269 vs $299 for 100. See the pricing page.

Set up Microsoft 365 mailboxes in ReplyDak

   Sign up and check your domain

   Create a free account at app.replydak.com/signup. On the first screen, type your company domain to get lookalike sending domain ideas.

   Pick domains and mailbox names

   Choose your sending domains, plan 2–3 mailboxes per domain, leave Microsoft 365 selected and add the names of the people who send.

   Pay and wait about 10 minutes

   ReplyDak buys the domains, publishes MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and verification records on Cloudflare, and creates the mailboxes. Microsoft DKIM records are published automatically, so there is nothing to paste.

   Let warm-up run

   New domains age for 14 days, then each mailbox sends real email from about 2 to 30 a day over roughly 21 days. Sending slows or pauses if bounces, spam placement or complaints rise. Blocklists and Validity's Heatwave list are checked daily.

   Export or send

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Google Workspace is a premium option at $4.90 per mailbox a month, useful when most of your prospects use Gmail. You can mix both in one workspace. Read Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365 for cold email for the details.

If a mailbox is suspended

If Microsoft suspends a mailbox, request a free replacement from the dashboard. ReplyDak replaces it within 24 hours, for up to 20% of your mailboxes (at least 2) in any 30 days. You own your domains and can export every mailbox sign-in, and transfer domains out for free.

When ReplyDak is not the right tool

If you need to reply to Microsoft 365 mailboxes from one shared inbox today, ReplyDak cannot do that yet. If you want shared SMTP or very cheap high-volume sending servers, ReplyDak does not offer them; every mailbox is a real Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user.
