Pricing questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly mailbox price and $13 (₹1,099) per new domain per year. Domain registration, DNS setup and warmup are included.
What counts as a mailbox?
One Google Workspace user with its own address and password, for example ana@getacme.com. We recommend 2–3 mailboxes per sending domain.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Your plan follows how many mailboxes you run: 10+ is Starter, 30+ is Growth, 100+ is Scale, priced per mailbox.
Do you charge GST?
INR prices exclude 18% GST and you receive a GST invoice. USD and EUR prices exclude applicable taxes.
How do refunds work?
If we can't deliver part of an order, that part is refunded in full. See the refund policy for details.
